HAS ANYONE TRIED THESE?????

O.K. I have to start off by saying that I really like brownies and have never ever had a low-fat or fat-free one that was even worth eating. Well, a few weeks ago, my grandmother gave me this brownie, which I put a little low-fat ice cream on. I didn't even know it was fat free! I finally made them myself yesterday and must admit that I am still impressed. All you add is yogurt and vanilla. They are really soft and very chocolaty. I also have the mint mix, which I have not made yet. They only have 110 calories per brownie, for 1/12 of a brownie made in an 8x8 pan, so that is a pretty good size. Especially after weighing in at the doctor's yesterday, I am looking for healthier options to keep my total weight gain for this pregnancy still a recognizable number on the scale! So, go to Sprouts or Henry's or to their website (www.nopudge.com) and get yourself a box. Oh, they also had a raspberry chocolate flavor at Henry's, but I didn't get that one! If you don't like these, well then I guess you'll just have to eat the real kind. (P.S. I am not being paid in any way to advertise for them in case you were wondering :)

It's always hard to say goodbye to a tortoise!

It was a very sad day for Victoria, because collectively as a family we decided that Lucky the tortoise that David rescued from off the road, needs a new home. With everything else going on, we just realized that we weren't giving him everything he needs. So, Victoria trying to be so brave and strong, gave him away to the Riddle family in our ward (who we know will take good care of him and help him through this time of supposed-to-be-hibernation!)

What would life be like without Jocelyn?

For those of you that know Jocelyn, you know that she is a crazy little thing, full of the most unimaginable amounts of energy. Now that she is three, it's like she 's left the toddler stage and is really a little girl. Despite all the tears and frustration over the last few years, I look at her now and almost long for the days of her physco baby behavior back because she always made my day more colorful, but I am truly embracing Jocelyn as a happy cheerful spunky and confident three year old. Time really does fly. Here is what she is up to now...scootors and gymnastics. P.S. David and I are both glad that helmets were invented.

This is why I love Ross!

So, as my stomach gets bigger and my clothes selection becomes less attractive, I have to remind myself, there is something I can still shop for and find happiness! It is shoes! I love shoes, especially shoes I wear to play my harp in. I love cool, comfortable, yet stylish shoes to add a little flair to my wedding attire (which right now consists of some pretty interesting things I pulled from the plus size department to have my mom alter)!

So, enjoy my latest $20.00 purchase! I wish the pictures did them justice, but these are about the cutest things I've ever put on my feet........Hope my equilibrium allows me to wear them as my stomach continues to grow!

I love you David!

I would like to think that my husband checks this periodically. Well, David I just want you to know how much I love you. I know it's been a stressful week, but I truly appreciate all you do! Can't believe we just celebrated eight years! I love you!

Fiesta Time!

Since Jocelyn's Birthday is on Christmas and Victoria's is on December 29th, we decided to have a combined fiesta on the 29th. The girls were so excited because they planned this party with nachos, taquitos, lots of chips and guacamole and even a pinata! All our family in the area was there and we had a great time! Victoria is now 5 and Jocelyn is 3! I'm sure glad it's over though!
